Background The Miller Group form one third of the consortium and it is in partnership with Miller that Asset-Pro is deployed. Issues A 24 hour helpdesk has been established which can be accessed by all schools and represents a single point of contact for schools to report both facilities management and ICT problems or service failures. Thereafter such problems must be rectified within pre-agreed periods of time. Failure to meet these requirements would result in Glasgow City Council applying penalty financial charges. We have created an asset and document register, provided real time supplier management and helped define and establish lifecycle costs enabling planning, implementation and management of this 30-year maintenance programme.
